Erin Helfert is an artist and advocate living in New York. Her work explores the deconstruction and renegotiation of power found in spaces and bodies through acts of subversion, collaboration, and reappropriation. She engages the observer-participant via performance, sound, installation, photography, and mixed media pieces using intimate and personal artifacts.
